The development is in the Marina area of Sotogrande within walking distance of the marina, restaurants and bars, tennis and the beach. World class golf courses are within 10 minutes drive.
The apartment is on the ground floor with private garden and splash pool. It has three bedrooms (one double and 2 twins) each with its own bathroom fitted to high quality with Roco and Grohe fitments. Air-conditioned, fully equipped, with wifi, satellite and cable TV, and in a secure gated community. Underground parking for 2 cars.
For self-catering, the kitchen is fully equipped with Neff appliances: dish washer, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine. The living room has seating for 8 people. The dining room accommodates 8 with seating for 6 on the terrace.
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and can accommodate a cot with prior notice. Built in wardrobes are available to each bedroom with privacy door separating each bed/ bathroom area from others in the apartment. Individual air conditioning units and shutter blinds available in each bedroom. Bed linen provided. *Babies are additional to 6, not inclusive.
All bathrooms fitted to high standard with Roco and Grohe fittings. Hairdryer supplied in master bedroom. Private access to partnering bedroom from each bathroom. Bath towels provided, please do not take them to the pool/ beach. Beach towels not provided.
Cancellation Policy
Holidaymakers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will only lose their deposit. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get 25% back. After that, they won’t get a refund.
