I wasn’t totally sure what to expect prior to arrival but I have to say, our expectations were exceeded in spades.
This really is a fine apartment, extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and kitted out to the highest standard with everything you could possibly think of. WiFi, TVs, lovely bathrooms/showers, kitchen outstanding all round.
The splash pool was great for the kids and the large shared pool and beautifully manicured private gardens were stunning.
Close to shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, would come again for sure.
I cannot thank Louise and Steve enough for all the meticulously detailed information which helped us so much during our stay.

If you want somewhere to go that has lovely weather, stunning surroundings and offers a luxury, relaxing atmosphere, then this apartment is for you. The apartment itself and the internal decor is modern, clean and very tastefully done. When we arrived we could not believe how large the apartment was and in all the time we were there, we only met one person in the pool! Sotogrande is a charming place to stay for a relaxing holiday and with Gibraltar (20 minutes) Puerto Banus (45 minutes) and Marbella (60 minutes) away, visiting multiple Spanish resorts is done with ease. The drive from the airport is not only well directed by the apartments owners but for someone driving for the first time in Spain on the wrong side of the road (for people visiting from the UK) – it was actually far simpler than I had anticipated. I absolutely, 100% would recommend this charming apartment to anyone looking for sunshine, relaxation and sheer luxury.

We recently spent a long bank holiday weekend at this beautiful location in Soto Grande. The apartment is located in a stylish modern development, with views over manicured gardens, the swimming pool, and a panoramic view of the Spanish countryside. Furnished in Spanish style, extremely spacious, with all bathrooms en-suite and was very well equipped and furnished with superb size balcony for dining or relaxing. The apartment had the benefit of on site security. The marina is within easy walking distance and boasts a number of restaurants, catering for all tastes most of which overlook the marina. We visited Gibraltar an easy journey, 30 minutes max, also Puerto Banus, approx 45 minutes, an easy drive, the millionaires marina , people watch and enjoy choice from an enormous no. of restaurants – a really pleasant day out. The drive from Malaga was easy with excellent directions – this has to be the perfect getaway for couples/families – for me the best location I have ever visited in Spain. What a beautiful/fantastic location – one couldn’t ask for more!!!

This apartment is fantastic. It perfectly matches the style and class of Sotogrande. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, the general level of the fitments and furnishings is high and the property is exclusively secure. The pool is superb, its just 2 minutes drive to Guardiaro beach and other local facilities around the Marina are spot on. There’s a good choice of restaurants and bars in close proximity, whether you want informal or formal, and there are some shops for the ladies in the marina!

The apartment was as it is described, very good condition and nice bathrooms with lovely showers! The grounds were very well kept and the pool great – although too cold in April as it is not heated! Sotogrande is a great area and Polo is played year round so we saw a few polo matches and spent time on the beach. Very easy to get to from Gibraltar airport, only about 20 minutes drive. Our third stay in this apartment and still as great as the first! Clean, quiet, spacious and safe. Very easy drive from Gibraltar or Malaga airports. Lovely walks close to apartment and so many unspoilt places inland, within a short drive away. We were here with our youngest child, visiting family and had a fantastic week. Just wish it could have been longer.

I stayed at Ribero Del Rio for 9 days in June. It was fantastic. A beautiful and very spacious apartment with a luxurious finish. The development was very well kept and secure, with added benefits of underground parking and 24-hour security gates. We enjoyed walks to the marina and dining out in the local town. My family, including 2 young children, stayed for 4 weeks at this lovely property. The apartment was in excellent condition, very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated and kitted out. We really enjoyed having a garden and pool. We could enjoy our breakfast whilst watching the kids in the pool and taking in the beautiful view. It’s a very peaceful place. The kids loved the fact that there was also a large communal pool just a few steps away from the apartment. The pool and grounds are all very well maintained. It was very convenient having an underground car park as well. The location of the apartment is terrific. We could walk to the Octogono tennis courts, the sailing club, the beach as well as the port. The landlord, Louise, was a pleasure to deal with. She is very organised and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this apartment. A great place to spend a holiday in Sotogrande!

We loved our stay there in all respects. When arranging for the rental the owners were very helpful and provided a great description of the property, maps, directions and were fully available for any questions we had. The apartment was very clean, was tastefully decorated and well equipped and in particular it was in an excellent location with beautiful peaceful views and a quiet well-sized common pool. I think the apartment is one of the highest quality better presented apartments in the Puerto de Sotogrande and is definitely is good value for money. It has the beach at walking distance as well as the shops and excellent restaurants in the area which make it ideal to go with children. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in Sotogrande and we’ll definitely be back to stay there.
